Car for dismantling and disposal for scrap value
The Consulate General of India intends to dispose of its used bullet resistant car BMW Model X5, Petrol, 4395.00 CC, Color: Black. Those interested in dismantling and acquiring it for its scrap value may please offer their best price (Note: The successful bidder has to pay applicable customs duty/taxes on the steel scrap value. The bidders should offer their best price excluding these taxes) in a sealed envelope marked “Disposal of Car” and forward by 10th August, 2020 to following address:

The interested parties can inspect the vehicle by a prior appointment.Please call on 076 92 77778 or email to admn.jaffna@mea.gov.in for the appointments.
The Consulate will open the sealed bids at 1000 hrs on 12.08.2020 in the presence of the bidders, who are invited to be present at the time of opening of the bids at the Consulate premises.
The final decision will rest with the Consulate General of India, Jaffna.
